How delivery works
Because every order starts with a conversation, we confirm the delivery method, cost and estimated arrival with you before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Timelines
Lamps and linen are usually ready to ship. Made-to-measure curtains are sewn after your order is confirmed. We'll give you the expected timeline in your quote and keep you updated.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order, and are included in your quote. Swatches are always posted free.
International orders
Outside the US? Get in touch. Where we can ship to your country, we'll confirm options and costs. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are usually paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, email hello@lucenveil.com with your name and order details, and we'll explain the options for your order. Made-to-measure curtains are cut to your sizes, so they may not be returnable unless faulty. We'll always confirm this before we start making.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us straight away and we'll resolve it with you and the carrier.
