About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Lucenveil website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send a request through our contact form or by email.
- We reply with a quote, swatches if you'd like them, and a delivery time.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Requesting a quote or swatches doesn't commit you to anything.
Made-to-measure pieces
Curtains are made to the measurements you give us. Please check them carefully using our measuring guide. We'll confirm the final sizes with you before we start making.
Natural materials
Linen and voile are natural fabrics, so small variations in texture and slub are expected. Colours can look different on screen, which is why we offer free swatches.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. "From" prices depend on size. Your quote will show the exact price for your order.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Lucenveil designs, logos and text belong to Lucenveil. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
